About This Service

Rodents — including roof rats, Norway rats, and house mice — are a serious problem throughout the Phoenix Metro area. They contaminate food, chew through electrical wiring (a leading cause of house fires), and spread diseases including hantavirus and salmonella. At Freedom Pest Elimination, we take a comprehensive approach to rodent control that combines trapping, baiting, and exclusion to not only eliminate the current infestation but prevent future ones. We identify and seal the entry points rodents use to access your home, providing lasting protection.

Signs of Infestation

• Droppings in kitchen cabinets, pantries, or along walls
• Gnaw marks on food packaging, wood, or electrical wiring
• Scratching or scurrying sounds in walls, ceilings, or attics at night
• Nesting materials such as shredded paper, fabric, or insulation
• Grease marks along walls or baseboards from rodent travel paths

Our Treatment Process

1. 1Thorough inspection to identify rodent species, entry points, and activity areas
2. 2Strategic placement of traps and tamper-resistant bait stations
3. 3Exclusion work to seal gaps, cracks, and entry points around the foundation, roof line, and utility penetrations
4. 4Removal of trapped rodents and sanitation of contaminated areas
5. 5Follow-up inspection to confirm elimination and check exclusion work
